There aren’t any reviews or discussions on the internet about The Online Casino. I couldn’t find any Reddit posts, Trustpilot reviews, or comments anywhere, making it difficult to get a feel for how this site is received.

Based on the lack of player reviews, this site appears to be a new casino, even though its website says it’s been in business since 1997.

There are four welcome bonuses, one reload offer, and a weekly rebate. At first, I thought they seemed like great offers with low rollover requirements.

I noticed the terms and conditions were vague, and there wasn’t any additional information on the site, so I contacted customer support to ask for more details.

They explained that there is no max cash out on bonuses, no game restrictions, and all games contribute equally.

It sounded too good to be true, and as it turns out, it was.

Are There Good PROMOTIONS At The Online Casino?

The bonus terms and conditions are misleading, and for that reason, I can’t recommend claiming a bonus at this site. Take it from me. I learned the hard way when I claimed the Card Welcome Bonus. I’ll go over what happened below.

Card Welcome Bonus

The card welcome bonus matches 50% of your first credit card deposit between $10 and $300, so I got $30 to play with on a $20 deposit.

The rollover requirements are advertised as just 20x, which meant I would have to wager $600 to cash out. That’s pretty reasonable compared to most online casinos.

However, when I went to double-check my rollover, I found out that this site uses a point system. It said I would have to earn 600 points to cash out, but I would only receive a fifth of a point for every dollar wagered.

That made my 20x rollover effectively 100x, which meant I would have to bet $3,000 instead of $600.

When I contacted customer support with my concern, they verified that it was true but didn’t have an explanation for the false advertising.

The Online Casino VIP Program

The Online Casino has no VIP or loyalty rewards program. The only perk you get for playing is a weekly 10% rebate on your net losses between Monday and Sunday.

The Online Casino’s game selection is average. There is a decent amount of slots and a satisfactory number of table games, video poker, live dealers, and specialties.

They were high-quality, organized well, and functioned smoothly.

I had fun exploring the different categories and had a few nice wins. I wish there had been a little more information, like game synopses and RTPs for all titles, but I can look past that.

Overall, it was a good experience, although nothing really stood out about this gambling session compared to others.

Slots make up the majority of the games on this site. There are 279 slots, which is a decent selection but not as large as some other casinos.

The first title I played was Single-Deck, where the minimum bet was just 50¢. Next, I played European Multihand and broke even. The last game I tried was Blackjack Surrender, where I yo-yoed between wins and losses, ending with $40. 57.

Lastly, I played American roulette, which brought my balance to $43.57.

The games all looked similar, but they worked well. Betsoft’s titles didn’t provide RTPs, but Platipus’s games ranged from 94% to 97.30%.

The first game I played was Tap the Pot, where you can randomly win cash prizes. My second round scored me a $7.70 win. Next, I played Olympus Plinko but didn’t win enough to make a profit.

Finally, I played Triple Cash or Crash and only won 83¢.

Live Dealer Games

I joined a blackjack table first, where, after a few hands, I broke even. Next, I played auto roulette and won $2. Lastly, I played baccarat and ended with $37.95 in my account.

I had a good experience playing, thanks to the clear streaming and friendly dealers. I also appreciated that I could find blackjack and roulette tables with $1 minimums and roulette for just 50¢.

It’s a decent selection that should satisfy most people looking for a poker game.

The banking methods at The Online Casino are standard and convenient. There is a wide variety of ways to deposit, so everyone should be able to find one that suits them.

However, withdrawal methods are limited, and I think this site could benefit from a few more options to make cashing out easier for the general public.

You can contact customer support via live chat or email. Live chat was relatively fast, and they answered most of my questions. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a response through email in the two days it took me to write this review.

Here’s How I Tested It

I tested both methods to see how fast I would get a response and how helpful the customer support agents were. I’ll go over my experience below.

Overall, the user experience at The Online Casino was positive.

The site is intuitively designed, and the games are organized neatly by category. I did wish there was the option for filtering the slots so jackpot games were easier to find.

I also ran into a few technicalities, like the “contact us” link only being available when I was logged out and getting a 500 error several times when I tried to go to my account. Other than that, I didn’t experience too many issues. 

I also explored the mobile version on my iPhone. It was well-optimized for a small screen and was easy to use. I got a pop-up message asking me to switch to Safari from Google Chrome to play games, but I didn’t have any problems sticking to Google Chrome.
