There are only three bonuses at Lucky Rebel, but none were appealing. They have average 30x and 35x rollover requirements, but they are still hard to meet, especially with a seven-day time limit.

The real kicker was that the maximum cash out for both welcome bonuses is just $100. You’ll lose out no matter what with a limit that low.

Lucky Rebel does not disclose this important piece of information in the terms and conditions. I had to ask customer support. That made the bonuses feel like a trap.

Lucky Rebel Welcome Bonus

The casino welcome bonus looks good at first, however, the terms are likely to steer you away. It matches 200% up to $2,500 on your first deposit of $20 or more, plus gives you 50 free spins on a slot. The rollover requirements are 30x.

I asked customer support if there are separate rollover requirements for winnings from free spins, but they had no idea. 

However, I did learn from them that the most winnings you can cash out from this bonus is just $100. Even if you deposit the minimum $20, with 30x rollover requirements, you’d have to wager $600. That’s $500 you’re not getting back.

On top of that, there’s a seven-day time limit to meet the requirements.

Refer a Rebel

Again, the terms here are tough to meet. If you refer a friend and they make a $25 deposit, they get a $10 bonus bet, and you qualify for the Refer a Rebel promotion.

Recruiting one to three people gets you 6,000 rewards points and $50 bonus cash, four to seven friends get you 8,000 points and $75, and 8 or more get you 10,000 points and $100 cash.

Your bonus cash is subject to 35x rollover requirements, which you must complete in seven days. If you get the minimum $50, you’d have to wager $1,750 before you could cash out. 

When I asked customer support what the maximum cash-out limit was, they said it would only be revealed when the bonus was added to my account. Without having that information first, I would avoid claiming this offer.

Lucky Rebel Casino VIP Program

Lucky Rebel has a seven-tier rewards program based on a point system. Generally, for every $10 wagered, you earn one point. Some bets, like specific sports wagers, will get you between two and four points per $10.

You can also earn them by completing tasks, like logging in daily or depositing on two different days a month.

The number of points you have determines your level in the rewards program. At a baseline (0-149 points), you get 10 free spins and a weekly 50% bonus. The higher tiers (50,000 points and up) give you extra weekly bonuses, birthday promotions, and anniversary bonuses.

I honestly expected more, considering the amount of time and money you would have to spend to reach the upper levels.

You can redeem points for house cash, but it’s 100 points to $1, which isn’t really worth it in my opinion.

I don’t see much value in this rewards program since most of the perks you get are bonuses, which, as we all know, come with terms and conditions.

I had a really enjoyable time gambling at Lucky Rebel. The organization was so on point that I never had trouble finding a specific type of game. Another standout feature was the abundant information about each title.

Every game had a detailed description of its mechanics, rules, and features. It even helped me to understand variations of games I’ve never played before. I was impressed that this casino went above and beyond what most sites provide.

The game selection itself was on the small side but diverse enough that I found everything I wanted to play and more. The graphics were high-quality, and the games functioned well. I had very few complaints!

My Top Game Picks

Of all the games I played, a few stood out. Here are my favorites and why I chose them.

Now let’s get into the foundation of this review: games. I’ll go over my whole gambling session, including what I played, how much I won and lost, and unique features that caught my eye.

There are 238 slots at this casino, which is a pretty small selection compared to other sites that offer thousands. However, I immediately recognized numerous popular games, so it could be a case of quality over quantity. 

I started by playing Book of Darkness, where I didn’t do so well and lost a few dollars. Next, I played the classic 777 Deluxe, but I had no luck hitting the jackpot this time. Maybe someday.

Lastly, I played Gorgon’s Stash. With no great wins to speak of, I ended with $15.90 in my account.

I loved that each game had an extensive description to the left of the screen that explained all I needed to know in easy-to-understand terms. Slots are a great choice if you claim a bonus since they contribute 100% to clearing rollover requirements.

Blackjack

There are 10 Blackjack games, including variations like Pirate 21, Super 7, 21 Burn, and Pontoon.

I played single-deck Blackjack first and got a push, natural Blackjack, and then a win, bringing my balance up several more dollars. Next, I played Super 7 and promptly lost those dollars. Lastly, I played Pirate 21 and broke even.

Despite the selection being small, I felt that the variety was nice. And I liked that the games descriptions broke down the rules and side bets.

Most Blackjack games contribute 10% to clearing bonus rollover requirements, but single-deck and double-deck contribute 0%.

Roulette

There are only three Roulette titles: American, European, and Zoom. It’s a tiny offering, but at least it covers the basics.

I played American first. It has the worst RTP of all the variations at 94.74%, so I wanted to get it out of the way. I stuck to simple red/black wagers and gained one dollar.

Next, I played European, hoping the 97.3% RTP would work its magic. I profited another dollar. Lastly, I played Zoom Roulette and scored again, ending with $18.90

I appreciated that all of the table games were organized into subcategories, making Roulette easy to find. Roulette contributes 5% to clearing bonus rollover requirements.

Other Table Games

The “other” table games category has 11 games, including Baccarat, Poker, Craps, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti. I was surprised to find several Craps options, as most casinos only have one or none.

I played Baccarat first, and won $4 on my first two hands. Next, I played classic Craps and won another $4. Finally, I won $6 in Oasis Poker, much to my surprise, as I’m a terrible Poker player. That put my balance at $24.65.

I think this is a decent selection, and it was nice to see multiple variations of Poker and Craps. Baccarat contributes 5% to clearing bonus rollover requirements, Craps contributes 0%, and Poker contributes 20%.

Video Poker

Lucky Rebel offers three video poker games. Most casinos I’ve reviewed have around 14 video poker titles, so this is on the small side.

First, I played Bonus Deuces Wild and broke even. Next, I played Double Double Bonus Poker and didn’t do well. I played Jacks or Better last and flopped again, ending with $22.65 in my account.

All three games looked identical, so it was a rather boring experience. This site wouldn’t be my first pick if I were solely looking for video poker.

Casual Games – Specialty Games

There are 17 specialty games, including Plinko, Keno, Bingo, and crash games. It’s an okay offering, but I’ve seen better selections at other casinos.

I started by playing Galaxy Crash. I lost the first two rounds, but cashed out 40¢ the third. Next, I played Go-Go Bingo, lost a dollar, and decided to move on. My final game was Wild Plinko, where I profited a whopping 10¢.

The graphics were fantastic, and there was a good variety of different types of games. However, I would have liked to have seen some scratch cards. Specialties contribute 100% to bonus rollover requirements.

Live Dealer Games

There are 29 live dealer games total, including Blackjack, Roulette, card games, lotteries, and game shows.

Despite only having $21 in my account, I decided to play Blackjack, which had a $10 minimum.

The outcome was as I feared, and I lost the first hand. I quickly moved on to Roulette, which was just $1, and broke even. Lastly, I played Baccarat and lost two dollars, ending my gambling session with $9.43 in my account.

The live dealer selection is not as robust as other sites’, but it has a good variety. I liked the fact that it included game shows and lotteries. Live dealer games are not eligible for play with a bonus.

There is a decent variety of casino deposit methods at Lucky Rebel, but the only way to withdraw is using crypto. That could be inhibitive for some users who don’t have an e-wallet set up or don’t want to use digital currency.

Lucky Rebel provides customer support via live chat and email. I had a few technical issues with the live chat, but overall, it was acceptable.

Here’s How I Tested It

I tested customer support by asking questions in live chat and sending an email. I’ll discuss how it went below. 

There were some ups and downs when it came to user experience. I’ll start with the positives. The site was incredibly intuitive, and I had zero problems with navigation. I found everything I needed without fumbling around, and the games were neatly organized into categories with helpful subcategories.

Some casinos get this wrong, so it was refreshing to see it done right. I was also blown away by the extensive descriptions that accompanied each game. They were so comprehensive and helpful. 

Now for the negatives. I experienced weird issues with the live chat not working occasionally. Sometimes it wouldn’t let me connect, or I’d be in the middle of a conversation and messages wouldn’t send.

Also, it’s in a window on the right, but when it’s open, it covers a decent amount of screen. If you collapse it, you get kicked out of the chat, which is pretty frustrating.
